There is one thing that Beki wanted while she was here that was completely out of my control. She wanted to hear a good thunder storm. In Washington where she lives it seldom thunders. She has said that is something she really misses about Texas. We did have a chance of storms while she was here and it never did but as you would know, God has a sense of humor and this morning it is storming like crazy. (She went home yesterday) I made this video for her and tried to email it to her directly but for some crazy reason, it wont' send a video. So I am going to send her this video through Bloggerville and let the rest of you enjoy it also. And of course as you would know, it never would thunder while I was recording, but as soon as I plugged my camera into the computer to download, it thundered LOUD. Ok, and no comments about how much of a hick I sound like on the video. That's what happens when you live in Texas for any amount of time.

Thanks for the rain. I hope the stray cat doesn't drown in all that water. We, here in the great Northwest, are flooding. It hasn't stopped raining since I got home. No thunder though. MIss you.
