Random Memories

This was taken about 9 years ago. Alex was 3 and Cayla probably was also. I would say Mikayla was about 5 and Lizzy was probably 7 or 8. My mom had got all the granddaughters matching dresses for Christmas. We actually still have ours in the play clothes. It is still one of the favorites. It is amazing that Lizzy is graduating this year ( 1 year early and leaving for UNT in the fall) Mikayla will be starting high school and Alex and Cayla starting Middle School. Wow how time flies.



This goes really far back. We were not even engaged yet. I always loved this photo and the love I have for the man in it, only grows more each day!

My Papaw. He was so fun, but you can tell that by the shirt, pose, and grimmace on his face. It's sad to me that my girls didn't get to know him well, so I am preserving the pictures and sharing memories with them as I go through the pics.

This is my favorite picture of Alex and I. This was taken at Six Flags over Texas. Alex was three here. It had just POURED down rain on us and her dad and I had so much fun with her that day. I'll never forget that weekend in Arlington. It has such special meaning to me.
