FOR TODAY April 18Th, 2009Outside my window...it is finally nice. We have had killer amounts of clouds and rain and I am ready to just enjoy some sunny spring weather!
I am thinking...that I love Diet Cokes a little too much.
I am thankful for...pictures from the past. I have had so much fun with them the past few days and am going to spend my day today going through old photo's and organizing them. I might even scan some to share the enjoyment.
From the kitchen...yeah, it's clean. I have been up early this morning and have the dishwasher emptied, and the dishes reloaded and all is looking good.
I am wearing...my usual blogging attire, sweatshirt and shorts.
I am creating...scans of hundreds of photo's on the computer. I am going to try to organize these into disks eventually. Some of the pictures I have found go back 40-50 years.
I am going...to get out in the sun this week and enjoy the warmth on my skin while reading a good book.
I am reading...In the Eyes of a Child.
I am hoping...that the guys win big or at least have a big time in the BIG BASS BONANZA in a few weeks.
I am hearing...my praise music playing, "Blessed be the Name of the Lord" by DC Talk.
Around the house...the laundry is started, Jackson is laying at my feet, curled up and very happy because he usually doesn't get to come inside, and pictures in a suitcase waiting to be gone through.
One of my favorite things...is friendship. It's highly underrated in today's society, but oh so important to me.
A few plans for the rest of the week...horse back riding lessons with Kali tonight, softball practice tomorrow, tumbling later in the week, lunch with a friend in Athens tomorrow, working out at least three days this week so my accountability partner will hear a positive report from me, and enjoying my girls. They are growing up so quick and these pre-teen years are hard, we need some one on one I think.
Here is picture thought I am sharing...sorry it's so small, I couldn't get it any larger. This was taken when Richard and I had just become an engaged couple. We look like babies in the picture. I guess we probably were babies..... I was barely 21 when we married.

How 'bout you get on a plane to Warshington and bring those pictures here. Can you begin to imagine how crazy we would drive Tim if the two of us looked at them together? Might be worth a try?
If you come, I'll buy you all the Diet Coke you want.
