Friday Morning!

It's a cloudy Friday morning, we have rain in the forecast and hopefully it will hit soon. The girls are in watching John and Kate Plus 8. That is the favorite show amongst the three of them. I can honestly say, I think we have seen every episode at least twice. I'll take that anyday though over Hannah Montana. The week has been busy. Monday we ran errands and did things all day for the new house. Tuesday the girls and I went to Splash Kingdom in Canton. That was fun. All of the Texas cousins met there and had a great time together. Wednesday we went and registered for school and did school supply shopping. The girls and I ate lunch at Cheddars and shopped till our hearts were content and the buggy was full. I love school supply shopping, it is always the beginning to another year. I think we are going to love Bullard schools. They are very laid back and country feeling. Everyone we have met here is friendly. The girls are so pumped because they do not have to wear uniforms and can even wear flip flops to school. To them, that is the ultimate. Yesterday we got up and had hair appointments and then went school clothes shopping for Kirstin and Kali. What a treat that was. I took Kirstin and Alex took Kali, they would pick stuff out, try it on, pose and model and then decide if they wanted it or not. I was so proud of Alex as she is now officially a bargain shopper. She has shopped with me enough to know we only go to the sale or preferably the clearance racks. Kali would pick something out and then you would here Alex saying "That is cute, but too much, lets find something else". I love it. They are all learning to appreciate sales and clearance racks. The best part is, THEY STILL ALWAYS LOOK CUTE! I love that about them. Last night we went to my mom and dad's house for dinner. It was Ben's 29 birthday so we spent the afternoon and evening with them. It worked well as Richard got off early so we could head on over. That brings me to today. We are going to hang out here at the house. When Richard gets home tonight we will probably grill something for dinner. That is turning into our Friday night tradition. He is on call this weekend so we will hang out here. Tomorrow we are heading over to the land and going to do some cleaning up and work and then the girls and I might do some more school shopping.
