4170 Cabernet Place Update

The above picture is going to be my favorite spot in the WHOLE house, it is actually the patio off of the living room. I took the picture as if I was sitting on a chair and the view I will have is amazing. I just love the grass, trees, and ponds. I told Richard I needed to start drinking coffee with him so we could just sit outside and watch the world go by....

This is my front door. Obviously not installed yet and is not stained yet, but all along even before we started looking at plans, I wanted a double front door. This is one of the things I am most excited about....
The picture doesn't do these justice, but these are our cedar columns that will be on the front porch and the back patio. Dad, Richard, Ben and Micheal unloaded these today, they said they weigh about 300 pounds each. They will also be stained to match the front door.
This is taken from the backyard looking up to the patio. The two openings are double doors that are solid glass and then we are also framing in an outdoor fireplace.
This is the front porch. There will be three dormers on top here. They should be built tomorrow. The window to the left of the front door is the dining room and the window to the right is Kirstins bedroom....
